These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SafetyDoc Solutions (the "Service"), operated as SafetyDoc Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting information through our intake form, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
SafetyDoc Solutions is software that uses AI to help generate OSHA and Cal/OSHA-aligned safety program documents (such as IIPP, HazCom, Heat Illness Prevention, PPE, Fall Protection, Confined Space, and Lockout/Tagout programs) based on information you provide about your business.
SafetyDoc Solutions is a document-generation tool, not a law firm, consulting firm, or certified safety professional. We do not provide legal advice, site-specific regulatory interpretations, or certified safety consulting services. Generated documents are a starting point based on the information you supply — they are not a guarantee of regulatory compliance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining any safety program for your workplace, and for confirming it meets the requirements that apply to your specific business, industry, and location. We recommend having generated documents reviewed by a qualified safety professional or attorney before relying on them.
You must provide accurate information about your business when using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial periods except where required by law. Prices and plans are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to provide truthful, accurate information about your business and its operations. You are responsible for implementing, training on, and maintaining any safety program you generate, and for keeping it current as your operations, staff, or applicable regulations change.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a license to use, edit, and distribute the documents generated for your business for your own internal and regulatory purposes. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, templates, and underlying technology.
The Service and all generated documents are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that generated documents are complete, accurate, or sufficient to satisfy OSHA, Cal/OSHA, or any other regulatory requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SafetyDoc Solutions and its owners and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any regulatory fines, penalties, injuries, or losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, documents generated by the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
